All players are required to print out and sign the indemnity form too!!
Minors 16 & below are required to have their parental consent form signed
Reporting/Registration for DOTA & SC 2 Players: 0930 to 1000am
Reporting/Registration for Blackshot Players: 10:30am to 1115am
*Note: Sign ups for the second prelims on the 21st will be opened up again from 14th November onwards
