REGISTRATION is now available @ COLOSSEUM
1) Collect Your registration Forms from Colosseum, Bugis Iluma 7th Floor
2) Make Payment on the 12th NOV @ Colosseum between 12pm to 6pm during the EPIC Convention Social Networking/Training Session.
*Priority of the competition slots will be given to teams that made PAYMENT with REGISTRATION of the forms to epicconvention@gmail.com
Conventional payment & Registration Method
1) Make payment for your competition game at any Community Club/Centre (CCs) or pay online using credit card on www.one.pa.gov.sg
For Payment on one.pa.gov.sg
(Log on to one.pa.gov.sg website, search for EPIC under the ACTIVITY category and the event payment tabs will appear)
2) Upon payment, ensure that you receive a receipt with a receipt number
3) Download the registration form, complete the form and input the receipt number
4) Email the completed registration form to epicconvention@gmail.com
5) Successful registration entries will be notified through email or phone
